Hi guys
as most of you know I lost my orange box,got the new chrome one will replace this weekend
while I working on her I am going to start re jetting my carb, little rich
I got my 1489 kit. Any suggestion on starting size of jets? what size spring/color?
just looking for a starting point,figure a few of you been through it

Tom, you need to look at what is inside first and downsize from there. Are you fat on the primaries? If so start there, it can be as easy as a thicker rod. I sure someone else will chime in.

I had to go UP two jet sizes on a 440 with a 750 Eddy.

That is a crap carb.
