Hello,

I have a 1970 Roadrunner that has had the rear trunk pan and section of the sheet metal over the axle repaired prior to my ownership. I am curious if anyone can tell me where the rear seat belt bolts mount in the center of the seat? I can see where the bolts mount on the sides where the window regulators are, but I cannot find any evidence of mounting bolts in the center of the seat between the two passengers. Any help would be appreciated.

There should be a reinforcing plate welded under the floor that the belt screws into as mahoney says.

If you don't want to go through that, a large washer (like a fender washer, only thicker) is available for the purpose. Use bolts and hardware specifically for seat belt use.
