1970 Roadrunner dust trail

[BL1 70 roadrunner]

Hey guys I'm wondering if my car has the golden dust stripes on my car and the black 3M stripe on the back. It currently has them on it now and I'm wondering if this was from factory or the owner before me put them on.... My fender tag is
