I did a small amount of research and found the breakdown of
the codes on line #5 of Lynch road tags.

If there is a link already provided and I didn't dig deep enough
on this site, excuse my ignorance.

If not available here, I can provide the link.

Let me know if this would be useful to the site or anybody else.

I did (rather gleefully) confirm my suspicions that my car has a
3:91 s/g rear end with the info I found. :banana:

I don't have a link, but do you mean the gate and sequence that stuff?

Line 6 has the gate, sequence, & serial # info. Line 5 has the engine, tranny, & diff info. I posted a link on here last year that helped to define the LR gate & sequence info - but maybe you should post the link you're referring to Sam so we can see what you found.

Nice explanation - short & to the point.

Could have almost guessed that the '69 example would be an A12...the A12 crowd has spent a lot of time trying to figure the LR tags out...
