Vans Auto has new reproductions available for $275 a set. They will be at the Indy Cylinder Head swap at the Indianapolis State Fair Grounds next weekend. I plan to get a set. I will let you know how they look and fit.

look them over , I looked at mega parts ones and for that price i figured they would be perfect reproductions . I didnt like the looks of them at all and the top hooks are totally made wrong . Plus I only need one my right one i just bought used for 50.00 and it works perfectly .
 
I did look these over very close this weekend, and you are correct about the hooks being totally different. They are also completely chromed except for the finned area on the handle. There is no satin finish area at all. I am sure they would work, but no way near what the originals look like.
 
yearone has them for something like $49 each. Are those OK?

Also are you sure C body are the same?
