I owned a 68 Roadrunner in the 70's and want to relive those glorious days, even though I'm now 65. I'm looking for a 68-70 Roadrunner with original 383, 4 speed. No automatics. Prefer a restored car with documentation that can be confirmed by a professional inspection. ( I've been using AAG ). No rust. No resto-mod. No projects. Period-correct & appropriate modifications are OK. Financing is not necessary and I have a soft ceiling of about $35,000. cash as my budget. The car will be given a good home, heated garage and will live next to my 1990 Alfa Romeo Spider, but does not need to learn Italian. Hope we can get together with a good car. email me with details & photos. TIMWARE@ATT.NET.. Thank you.

I've been watching all the popular sites. I agree that waiting can be to my advantage. Seems like 95% of these cars are being advertised by dealers at crazy prices. So I hoped that listing on a Forum would connect me with a private owner that would have some history with the car. Thanks for the advice. I'm learning. Rocket
