68 and 69 Bucket Seats

Does anyone know if the 68 RR Bucket seats are the same frames as the 69 minus the headrest?

Yes.

The inner frame work for the head rests may be there too, but I can't say for sure.

what Big sad. I was told all '68-'69 seats are the saem(Charger,road runner,etc) just the foam and covers are different.

Only if it was built on or after December 1, 1968.
