70 Air Grabber base plate paint

I have an Air Grabber base plate from a 70 GTX that I'm going to blast & re-paint. I know it's black, but is there a certain paint I'm supposed to use to do it correctly & where would I find it? I've used Herb's Parts paint before & was very happy with it, but I don't see this particular paint available from them.
Any help would be appreciated.

I bought paint from Herbs also. May have to call them and can mix what you want.

I had my 69 base powder coated in a gloss black but the rubber boot rides on part of it and dulls it. I found it to be gloss on the under side when I cleaned it up befor restoration. Maybe 70 is different?
