After all charges doped

I have since tried to retrieve my fire arm's taken form me. That I surrendered to the law. A pond request. Now after all charges have been dropped. I have been told I have to talk to the investigator and the deputy that took me into custody. I don't know why this has to happen not happy the way I was treated nor do I believe that I should talk to any one else to get back the fire arm's taken from me. None of them are military style weapons so cant find a reason for my second amendment right's not to be honored. This totally confusing to me. Now assume I will have to spend more money to a lawyer to get back my fire arm's. What is going on in our country. Where are my Right's. Russ.

No now find out their was a protection Order I signed that the attorney told me not to contest and let it roll. I was told by his office all charges where dropped. Now find that this protection order is for a year. What a bunch of ----- is what I am saying now let's see what this is going to cost me. Believe me I am going to sue that guy on the side by side. When all is said and done for filling false charges against me. This is what it has come to in our county. Any one can say any thing about you and your in trouble. Russ. This the only fire arm I can have what good is it on the internet.

I know when said and done I am going to sue the jerk for false police report. I don't know how much more I will have to spend. Now have to battle this protective order to retrieve my fire arms. This is more money. They told me I had to talk to the deputies that arrested me to get my gun's. What a joke. Called the sheriffs office the head sheriff. and told them I was not happy with having to talk to them after some comments made by them. But sure enough one of them called me and told me about the protective order that was still being in forced. Man now back to court. Russ.

It seems that way doesn't it. But when all is said and done I am going to sue the jerk to recover the money it has cost me. He will not get off this easy. I have never even considered suing someone but have been sued by other's while in business. I won all my cases but in the end did not make a profit due to what I paid the lawyer.
