Air grabber hood

I noticed the studs that hold the black plastic on the underside of my hood are mostly broken off. does that mean the hood is junk?
my luck this is true?

I had a couple of them break off due to rusted nuts. I welded new studs to the underframe bracket. You can't see the weld when the air grabber plastic is back in place.
