I have a 69 Road Runner and my amp gauge goes off scale periodically. The alternator was just replaced and I noticed today the amp gauge is still acting up. I know the amp gauge should probably be bypassed and replaced with a volt gauge. Has anyone else have/had this amp gauge problem.

Thanks
Wyn

Thanks, I'll check the bulk head connectors to ensure there are good connections. There is a good single line drawing provided by www.madelectrical.com that shows a safer way to wire these cars, interesting article.
