Broadcast Sheet Help

I thought I knew what tires/wheels/hubcaps my car came with but I'd like to confirm it. My tire code on the broadcast sheet is T86, F70-14 WSW tires, my wheels codes are 17 FE5 17 (14 x 5.5) and wheel covers are code 88. Looking at a few websites, I don't see FE5 listed as a color possibility for wheels (my car is FE5). Everything I found on line shows 89 for base hubcaps (dog dish style I assume). Mine clearly shows 88. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't have my book with me but if it is steel wheels then one of the codes would be paint color , black or body color.
