Can you spot it?

I started on my dash frame.
1969 St. Louis car.
Curious if anyone has ever noticed this on your car.
I'm going to have to strip the whole frame due to rust repair, ect.
And although I'm going to dip the whole frame in "safe" Evapo Rust, the bird will have to be replaced.
Maybe I need a NOS to be correct since I doubt the repo ones are like this.

They do sell those stickers and look the same as original. Replaced all my sticker's. Need pic's of the build. Good luck on it.
