custom decals

I was wanting to get some decals for my hood, like the A12 440 6 BBL, but 383 4BBL. Totally Auto does them, but after getting the run around for 6 months.....I told them to forget it. Contacted Phonix Graphics, they don't do them. Does anyone know who might?
