Dash gauges for 69 runner

Hello bird owner's have an idea can you put rallye gauges in place of the rectangular ones like speedo and other. Well hope you guy's are having fun riding around while I work on mine got a lot of part's to start my restore project and still buying.
 
Thanks quikbird. Well I that thought went out the window beep. So looking through my classic book I don't see any regular speedo but some tack and oil and temp for replacement new thought to put new speed odometer in mine looks kind of bad. Well thanks again.
 
If you really want rallye gauges in your '69, they were standard on '70 Road Runners, so you could put a '70 dash frame in it as a bolt in. But you would have a lot of people scratching their heads saying "that's not right".
 
true, but if that is the look you are going for or like, why not??
they also make a digital display that is supposed to fit right in on dash. name is from mr heater I think
 
and you would need to swap you vin tag...which could cause some legal issues...
 
sorry droptop Just getting back and checking my request thank's for the answer. I do agree that would look funny but was a thought. I see new gages for the ralley but not for the standard that is the reason why I was asking. Thank you again.
 
Well Quikbird I have been busy getting my car for restore. The hole idea is that I don't see my speedo and other gauges on sale but the ralley are so what is up with that. Thank you for the reply and sorry late getting back with me.
 
Russ, are the gauges you currently have not working or did you just like the rallye look better?
 
No Quikbird I can't find my type of gauge's if need to replace but see their are ralley for sale through classic. Hope your having a nice winter pretty hot in florida. Can drive year round down here. Thank's again Keep that bird Running. Russ69
 
They are out there try google. Just don't pay to much for something that might need restored.
