Road: This is the first 2 characters. This code identifies the wheels used on the car. The applicable codes here would be:

28 - 15 x 6 STEEL WHEELS
61 - 14 x 6 RALLYE WHEELS
63 - 14 x 6 MAGNUM 500 ROAD WHEELS
71 - 15 x 7 RALLYE WHEELS
Color: This is the next 3 characters. This code identifies the color of the wheels used on the car. The applicable codes here would be:
