I call BS on that line. Some of the insurers in Ct are already looking for up to 25% rate increases because, as they say at least, they need the increase to meet the new gooberment requirements of this so called health care bill! :soap: And I still find it amazing that you can go back in time to find clips like this one and have it be completely relevant to something current!
