For anyone considering a complete restoration of your carb(s) I have to tell you that Bill O. is just the greatest guy to deal with. I would highly recommend his services. Less expensive than some of the better known sources for this kind of work too as he just does this to keep busy - it's not his livelihood. I have his contact info if anyone needs it.
