Edlebrock 383 Performer Intake Manifold - is it worth it?

Found a used Edlebrock 383 Performer. Thinking of using this on my 383 RR with an Edlebrock Thunder Series carb.

Any thoughts on this intake manifold?

Its lighter since its aluminum, vice the cast iron stock intake. So that will help heat transfer to the carb and keep the fuel temp down from the stock piece also.

For a stock type engine it is a decent intake and will work well with the Thunder series carb. If looking for more performance with a hotter build you'd be better off with the Performer RPM.
