Here is the story about this car that was originally built by Ray Nichels. It was restored at a company that's about 20 miles from me, and it was this shop that sponcered the car show that I took my runner to the first day I had it on the road. I included a pic I have of this car before they started the resto.

That is a neat story but 3 mil would be a record for any Mopar right?

Thanks for posting that. I thought I had seen all the odd Mopar stories.

I think (as in I'm not certain and I don't have any reference materials in front of me...) that one of the '71 HemiCuda Droptops traded hands for $4 million a couple of years ago...
