Firewall hole cleanup and ID

I'm cleaning up unused holes on the engine compartment area on my 69 RR. Battery holder holes filled, it will be in trunk, as well as a one wire alt (no outboard regulator). I suppose someone has posted pics of what holes are for????? but can't seem to locate. Lohanks for your help.
