Front brake problem.

Have my front brake's making contact in the drum. When you spin the wheel it has a tight spot. Had the drum's turned to true them up. Yes they where not round. So still have this problem with the wheel when spun and have a tight spot. I read on here some where that he found out that the hub was the problem with the stud holes not true. If you read this what was the answer to the problem. Russ.

If you turned the drums, you need to re-arc the shoes if you have any miles on them at all.

Thank you droptop. Yes it seems to do better after turning the drum's again. They where egg shaped so the guy told me. Not round don't figure.
