Gas Tank Filler Tube Leaks and Flops Around, LEAKS and Bracket Missing

I realized @ Carlisle this year why my fuel filler tube flops about from side to side - it is missing the bracket to secure it. Now it is leaking from the gasket/seal where it goes into the tank - where can I buy the bracket and the seal?

You will need a fuel filler tube,the bracket is made on the tube I think, classic has the tank seal and fuel filler tube I think also. Might as well get a new cap too.
