General Dash Question

I just bought a real decent rust free 1970 Roadrunner I plan to restore, but lots is missing. I know my E bodies but B bodies are a mystery to me.

All the plastic, switches and gauges are gone from my dash frame, how do I know if I had a rallye or standard dash?

I'm not 100% positive and will be corrected if wrong, but I believe the rallye had a factory Tach.

All the 70 Roadrunners had the black rallye style dash.

no, the clusters won't interchange.pads are different too.
