Horn ring

I'm getting ready to remove my steering column on my 69 RR and wondering how to remove the horn ring. I'm guessing the center cap pops out, but not sure so I figured I'd ask you guys before I destroy something. The horn ring is the one with the beep beep Roadrunner cartoon in the center.

Use a small screwdriver on the left side of the bird,the right side has a tab to hold it in. Under the bird is a bolt that removes the pad and then three screws hold the horn ring.
