Reverse Lockout I believe. I never seen one before either. I found it in one of my boxes I had stored for my car. I have an ordinary boot and do not want to cut it. This is why I asking if anyone knows if there was a boot manufactured for this type. I have only seen one other shifter like this one, but without a boot.
