I have both a 68 and 69 hood for sale on Craigslist (Detroit) if any one is in need.
My new body guy wants me to get a new AMD hood, so I'm selling the two I have laying around to soften the $600 blow.

X2...what kind of issues were there before the paint?

I sold them both already. The two of them made enough $ to just about cover the new hood.
The hood on the vert is okay, but the repop will be a better option overall.
The new AMD hood will go nice with my other AMD products (fenders, windshield, quarters, floor pans, trunk pan, trunk extensions, rear crossmember, battery tray, bumper brackets, wheelhouses, splash shields, fender plates, fender braces, spare tire hardware set, lower tail panel, and trunk floor brace).
