I pulled the engine on my 69 roadrunner and the stamp is for a 1964. Is this common for the car to have our is it any different from later models?

Looks like a 383 most likely out of a 1864 or 65 same block possibly different heads than a 69

Yes it is a 383. I'm new to the mopar engines so need to learn a bit. Trying to figure out if i should look for a new block or if this one will work?

Someone in the cars life possibly did something they shouldn’t have to the original engine and found this replacement. There should be plenty of parts available for it.
The bigger concern is has it been bored out before and if so how much. And does it need to be bored more to clean up cylinders.

It's completely tore down now. Is there any difference in this block than a 1969 block? I'm just wondering if i should just find a block from the right year or if it really doesn't matter?

And go to a machine shop with a good reputation not the cheapest. Good god I'm starting to sound like a grumpy old guy.

If it were me and I had the funds I'd contact 440 Source and look at a stroker kit for the 383, that would be fun.
