license plate light

Can anyone tell me where the license plate light goes? My car didn't come with a bumper and the spot doesn't just pop out on the new one. Shouldn't be so lazy, but you guys seem to like talking about anything Road Runner.

Can anyone tell me where the license plate light goes? My car didn't come with a bumper and the spot doesn't just pop out on the new one. Shouldn't be so lazy, but you guys seem to like talking about anything Road Runner.

These aren't the best pics, but I hope they will help. The bracket mounts over the license plate opening. It's 8" long, with the mounting screw holes 3 1/2" in from either side of the opening, and 3/4" in from the outside of the bumper. Hope this helps.
