thanks for the tips guys! i think i'm gunna go for the car i was lookin at and offer 8000.00. around these parts these cars are quite rare! even on e-bay they are expensive and by the time you fly down to look at them and ship them back with all the potential troubles' i think its easier to go for one in your back yard! and hey! half the fun is saying and knowing you did a ton of work to it yourself! in the end' they stopped making 69 roadrunners awhile back unless someone started production again and i'm outa the loop! p.s there is a guy up here selling a 70 with all the panels on the drivers side crunched no interior or gauges even, no eng or trans for 3500.00 ! but year after year they become more rare! I mean, even 5 or 6 years makes a difference now on finding one hidden some where! if you guys know of any good places to look for mopar muscle, let me know, thanks!

I would find one listed and page locals to go look at it. Offer 50 bucks to have somebody go see if needed. Locals would likely do it for free. Page people in the area here or on Moparts, etc.

Would be much cheaper than fixing that car I promise. Even with the shipping.

Just dig around on CL or use statewide look or similar search site. We turned up several for the guy in DE to consider. I don't think anybody even looked very hard at all.

FYI, I had the car in my sig for sale for a long time at 15K and nobody came to see it. First guy to actually come look took it home. That was good money for the car and it would drive to where you are if you could afford the gas. The local market where you are might support that car being 9K, but there are MUCH better deals out there. :cents:
