I have my ash tray light hooked up to the orange wire that has the three plug holes in the end of it and my map light hooked up to the tab on the fuse box but not working(and yes the do have new bulbs in), but my glove box light works. thanks!

Ash tray light will only work with the headlights on.
Map light switches aren't very good. Make sure there's power, but don't be surprised if it's a bad switch.
