MC Push Rod ??

I put a new MC in my 69RR I used the push rod from the old MC . Now it was a pita getting out the old rod .
Does the rod push hard into the new MC? It seem to just slide in the new MC

There is a little rubber donut that holds it in. did you get a new one with the MC?

:yeathat: Had the same problem with mine when I replaced it last winter.

I had to cut a small piece of vacuum hose and put on to the push rod Worked perfect !! That's what locks it into the Mc
