Missing clips for the front and rear window trim

Hello! I need some advice on my roadrunner 69, the chrome trim was probably installed by previous owner using dots of glue. Is it possible to add the clips even if the window is in place?

If your remove the glass remember to get the new window gasket. If you can find butyl calk it works, the best. But like everything else a lot of stuff is being pulled off the market due to cancer causing agents in it. Good luck with the fix.
