Sorry no pics.

The 40,000 mile car with the pro built engine that my buddy had has been killed in action.

He sold the car last week to buy a joining piece of land.

The new owner was at a show/cruise and it was rear ended and pushed into the car in front of it.

I only got a short email about it. No other details.

Car was red with black top and interior. Had a 500 inch 440 with a 6 pack. 4 speed car. Pretty sure it had a Dana. Was in great shape, paint was weak since it was a real old job.

I hope no one was seriously injured.............and I hope the car was insured for AGREED VALUE. If it wasn't, they will have a hard time getting the insurance to pay what the car is worth.

OMG! is that the red beauty you had listed in the want ads? @#%$$##!! idiots. damn shame to lose a fine mopar like that.hope no one was hurt. I'm coming up on the anniversary of lossing mine.

I was so busy that I forgot to call for an update. Unsure of the drivers condition.

More than likely that would have been in the email blurb if he was bad off.

Guy is a known Mopar guy around central KY, has a white Demon.

Yes, this was the car I posted for my friend. The ad is gone, I have no pics.

But it was a damn sweet car.

I had looked at the ad, it was sweet. Damn shame. maybe he can use the parts to save another one, or hopefully the car can be rebuilt.

Re: Moment of silence for a fallen 69 Road Runner

Terrible news.I worry about getting rear ended too with the lunatics on the roads over here.Mainly young kid boy racers in their Jap or Euro Hot Hatches tearing up behind me to take a closer look at the car.

FALSE ALARM!!!!!!!

When the gy sen me the message, it was in a reply to a discussion about the red RR.

Turns out, the driver is fine, no word on any other injuries, must not have hurt anybody too bad.

Bad news- the sweetest 71 Demon was the car in the wreck. Buckled the quarters and more.

The red RR was sold to a dealer.

Just a miscommunication.

glad no one was hurt, glad that swet runner is OK, hope the Demon can be fixed.
