I have the 383 that come in it that needs pulled. I gotta little rod knock.

So I have a buddy that had a E440 HP on a engine stand. He had Ray Barton build him a 426 Hemi fir his 68. It had a 383 in it .

So we tore the 440 down yesterday and inspected everything. Course yall know it came out of a 69 Charger R/T. I'm gonna freshen this one up. It's getting a borgeson steering gearbox and power steering that should be finished Wednesday
Also had upper and lower QA-1 control arms installed. Front end should be solid.

If yours is an N96 car you will need the shorter air cleaner base to clear the Air Grabber. The 440 will be a nice addition!

True that. I have the 440 in my air grabber roadrunner. I have the 440 base on an edelbrock C4B intake I think it is. I will have to use a stock intake as the edelbrock is about .200 too tall.

I need to get out your way and put some eyes on that car, its got to be cool. Richard Petty's cousin brought his 69 hemi convertible over to the Mixteca show some time back, although not restored properly it was cool to see. He put 1970 seats in it to start.

Yes. Mine took aback seat to the other project car I hope to get back at the roadrunner real soon. Still have a lot to do.
