New front hangers for mini-tub

Anyone know what the exact inside width of the leaf spring hanger bracket should be. I am going to fabricate my own to weld in a cut-out of the frame (to narrow the springs) instead of buying them. Pretty simple to make. The old bolts ons were spread quite a bit when I took them off the leaf. Thanks

just bolt one end on the spring,,,snug it up and theres the measurement
