Thats funny.

The Satty with the floral interior is a mod top car minus the mod top. My wifes mod top Satty has that interior or at least its coded for it V1Q (top) and F2Q (seats) are the tag codes.

We did a scenic train ride in Jim Thorpe, PA earlier today.

The number of the train was a coincidence.




Yesterday was a tour through a mining town.



This coal breaker wasn't real. It was built for the movie "The Molly Maguires" in 1968.

There are some great lookin' cars there, thanks John. So you got a 2 for one deal huh John, Hemis and Briklins!! I was wondering which car Ralph took there, that '70 is one he used to race a lot.

The 70 almost belonged to me back in 1976!

My buddy Dave had it and I wanted to buy it. I hemmed and hawed a bit because the side windows had gotten broken out and it needed paint. I decided a day late and it was sold to another friend who raced the car before selling it to Ralph.

Thats not Glenn Fronheiser's (spelling?) is it? It was in Musclecar classics in the eighties. I wore that magazine out because of that car!

Funny thing about trains for me. I wouldn't consider myself to be an enthusiast, but I every time I see one in person I just stand there and stare.

Well, thats interesting. I just unearthed that issue with his car in it. I am amazed that he still owns it. Please next time you see him tell him that his awesome car left a BIG impression on a kid in California. That car is awesome. :worship:
