Posting Videos

One thing that is different for some of you, is posting videos.

Just click this icon on the toolbar: and input the YouTube URL. The video just displays in the post like this:

Forgive me for I am computer illiterate.
I would like to post a video but I don't know what icon to click on or what toolbar you are suggesting
I can't find a tool bar. I'm trying to submit the singer Poe with "Hey Pretty" one of her songs
I apologize for the inconvenance
