rear interior trim panel removal help

I want to respray my door panels and the rear trim panels. does the upper and lower seats have to come out to do so?

I think the rear ones do. the panel extends below the seat.

remove the rear window crank, arm rest.lower rear seat upper rear seat rear side panel and unscrew the painted panel to remove.
