Renting a golf cart for Fall Carlisle??

A friend of mine wants to go to the Fall Carlisle for a day but needs a motorized vehicle. He knows he can get a scooter but wants to rent a golf cart. So he and I can ride together. I don't believe that Carlisle rents them but I remember people outside the gates do. DOES ANYONE know of such a person and have any info???
