California became a state.
The people had no electricity.
The state had no money.
Almost everyone spoke Spanish.
There were gunfights in the streets.
So basically nothing has changed except then the women had no plastic surgery and the men didn't hold hands (at least not in public … We know from “Brokeback Mountain” that they did a lot more than hold hands). :basketcase:
