We are french guys which have just bought a 69 runner and we come here to have some information about this car and share our passion for these cars. Indeed we would like to do a complete restoration of this car and we may need some help from all of you ;).

Yeah it looks cool like that but in fact it's not. When you take a closer look it is a different story! More in the way of yours Basketcase.
We've got the rear quarter panel to change the trunk floor too, also the entire instrumentation of the dash bord isn't work.
When we receive it from the States we could'nt even possibly rode it cause when we push the break pedal nothing happened at the tail light. And there where no turn signal either.
So we changed the turn signal switch and it all comes back. That was a good point actually.
We also had a throttle issue so we pull appart the carburator and then once again that was better.
There was also a problem of leaking gas from the headers cause there were no gaskets at all ^^ awesome!
I will stop there cause that's enough for one post lol !

looks like a good starter roadrunner. really good news is that almost any part is available for them. welcome to the group
