need help, trying to put my turn signal mech. housing back together, there are to square head bolt that come up from the back of turn signal housing. it some how connect the lower half to the top part, but it has me flustered!
 
it has been a long time since I had that apart, but I do remember having to do some multitasking to get it back together.
 
I must be doing something wrong, cause I've tried a couple of times to down load the manual but it sends me to note pad on my computer, but nothing is there can you help me?
 
The manual seems to download better using Internet Explorer. We have no idea why that is.

Here's what you do, get it open and save yourself a copy.
