Are a 68 Satellite steering wheel and a 69 Roadrunner steering wheel the same thing. I'm talking the plain black ones and just the outer rim, i realise the centre part is different. What I have is a 68 Satellite with a mint wheel but the 69 Roadrunner's is cracked so I was wondering if it would just be a straight swap.

Also how would one go about fixing the cracks, is there some sort of epoxy filler that can be used and then repaint the wheel.
