I think I finally did it. Hopefully, I will not have to work on this transmission for many, many years to come.

Attached is a short slide show of my last work.

I ended up PLUGGING the stock vent on the pump and relocating it to the tail housing. Then I ran a vent hose to the dip stick tube for an OVERKILL. I do NOT expect this tranny to BURP any time soon but if it does, it will go right back into the transmission..................LOL
I'm also running an OPEN dip stick tube to let the transmission vent as much as possible.
Took it for a test run today. The temperature never got hotter than 150° and the line pressure idled at 70° in "D". So far, so good.
