Two Wires to Horn ?

New owner. 70 Roadrunner. My horn has only a single green wire with a red tracer connected. But inside the harness housing is a second identical wire that I "assume " was intended for the second horn on the standard Belvedere/Satellite models. Should I connect both wires to the horn ? Advantages ? Thanks for your help. Rocket

Well I'll be dipped. I thought they came with two. I learn something new every day here.
