Dose any one have an Idea of what bolts hold these two pieces together or is the bracket with the nuts on the dash. Should have taken more pic's I guess. Sorry for all the question's. Russ. 
Upper steering column to brake and clutch bracket.

So they had the nut's on the back side. I found a set that look's just like that. Will use them. Thanks for the pix. Russ. Just wanted to say I had that rod on the left of the pic. Know I painted and had the bolts taped to it now could not find it but had one come into day. Don't have time to search every where. LOL.
