Vin tag decode

Can someone help me with the exact build date on this car. It has a different windshield wiper wiring harness before Nov. 15 1968 and a different one after Nov. 15 1968. So I need to find out exact date build date on this car.

So it was built on July 03. Hope this helps.
There is also a number stamped on the "K" member that should confirm this. Also look at the right side of the engine, You'll find the production (casting) date. I hope this helps, Welcome to the group.
