what car did this rad come from

I have a 22" rad with # 2898045 38086 what car did it come from and will it work in my roadrunner? I bought a HD thermo fan clutch went to install with this rad and its tight to the rad. is the rad wrong or the clutch? can some one send pics of the clutch to compair to mine , and maybe measurements of the rad thickness .help would be great! sorry for being a pain in the a$$ but never had a rad or fan clutch on the car when I bought it.

According to the link below, that rad came out of a '68 B body, 383, 440, and is listed as a 22". It seems to me that it would work .

thanks for that web site lot of good info,so the fan clutch must be wrong. did they use the HD fan clutch with the 26" rad only? and is it thinner than 22" rad that might be the problem . I have the med duty fan clutch on order for wed to compare will let you know how I made out.
