What's this part called??

[Bird Man Of AZ]

The spring-loaded hand that holds the door open when entering or exiting the car. Mine is no longer doing its job and needs to be replaced.

Does it have an actual name and where might I find one? (I already checked Classic Industries with no luck so far.)

I looked for that cam and only one guy has them but that is what he does for a living rebuilding hinges. The only other source is to buy the hole hinge. Sorry.

Would the entire hinge assembly have to be replaced or just that one part of it?
